Report Grid List

The Report Grid List displays a comprehensive set of columns that provide detailed information about each record. The column titles at the top of the grid briefly describe the contents of each column, creating an organized view of your data.

The Report Grid List includes the following text-based columns in horizontal sequence:

• Icon Indicators - Visual identifiers for quick record recognition
• Description - Brief explanation of the record's content
• Category - Classification grouping for organizing records
• Catalog - Higher-level organizational structure for categories
• Topic - Subject matter classification of the record
• MetaData - Additional descriptive information about the record
• File ID - Unique identifier for each record in the system

Additionally, the grid includes icon-based columns that provide visual indicators when a record has been tagged with specific attributes:

• Edit - Indicates records available for editing
• Delete - Shows records that can be removed
• MS Word - Identifies records with Word document attachments
• Favorite - Marks records tagged as favorites
• Contact - Indicates records with associated contact information
• Share - Shows records that have been shared
• Website - Identifies records with associated web links
