Menu Tabs

Horizontal Command Menu

The Horizontal Command Bar sits at the top of the interface, providing quick access to frequently used functions arranged in a logical workflow sequence. 

This placement enhances productivity by making essential tools immediately accessible.

Available Functions:

• Actions: Common operations for Report Grid List : Refresh, Default Layout, Filter, Search, Group
• List: Refreshes the Report Gride List and syncs Previewer
• Favorites: When enabled will show only those records tagged as "Special/Favorite' - and appear in image mode as well as in previewer
• Find: Powerful search capabilities for locating records with contents your looking for
• Import: Import HTML Bookmark files from Desktop Browsers or other user of DEXIT that have exported HTML to share
• SendTo: Options for sharing content files to : Printer, File (PDF, HTML, Excel, Word, CSV, XML, JSON), Email, FTP, Clipboard
• Drag-n-Drop: Drop any files or bookmarks here to insert new records in the database

Vertical Command Menu

The Vertical Command Bar runs along the left side of the interface, organizing core application views and major functional areas. It serves as the primary navigation system for switching between different modules.

Available Modules:

• Exit: Safe system shutdown
• Dashboard: Allowing a birds-eye view of the information hidden in your data, including graphs.
• Preview: Refreshes the Data Grid List
• MyPAD: Simple user interface that graphically (with images you've defined) records tagged as "Special/Favorite". Ideal for use with a tablet and touch.
• Export: Utility that provides the function for exporting HTML "Bookmark" Links.
• Security: Security Administration : Password, Users, Policies, eMail Setup, Access, License, Tenants, eMail Log
