Key Terms in this Agreement

Licensee: The entity authorized to use DEXIT software under this Agreement

• Agreement: This License Terms of Use document establishing the legal relationship between parties
• Effective Date: The date of Agreement acceptance, marking the commencement of authorized software usage rights
• Software: The current release version of DEXIT and all accompanying documentation, regardless of format (electronic or physical)

Site: A specific geographic location where DEXIT may be maintained, including:

• Single office location
• Campus facility
• Business center
• Learning environment
• Workstations where authorized personnel use the Software

Software License (Activation Key): The unique identifier package for each Site, consisting of:

• Site Name
• Serial Number
• Registration Number

Site Contact: The designated individual authorized by the Licensee to:

• Receive software distributions
• Manage communications regarding the Software
• Serve as primary point of contact for all correspondence
