File Import Setup

DEXIT's Import feature allows you to quickly add multiple files and folders to your digital cabinet with automated organization.

Key Features:

• Bulk Import: Select entire folders or multiple files at once rather than adding items individually (under development)

• Content Classification: Automatically categorize imports as URLs, Files, or Commands with optional cleanup settings

• Smart Organization: Assign imported items to Groups, Categories, and Topics for easy retrieval

• Tag Assignment: Apply both Primary Tags (Special, Share, Portal, Contact) and Optional Tags (AI, Blockchain, ChatGPT, Files, etc.) to organize content by theme or function

• Automated Processing: DEXIT processes your selections and imports everything with your chosen organizational structure

Simple Workflow:

1. Choose your source folder or files

2. Set content type and organization preferences  

3. Select relevant tags for easy searching

4. Click Import to add everything to your cabinet

This streamlines the process of getting your existing files organized within DEXIT's system.
