Ownership and Rights

• DEXIT is a data processing tool where you provide input and receive output
• All data files created using DEXIT remain your exclusive property
• You retain all rights to your data files and bear sole responsibility for their use
• All rights to the software and documentation are reserved
• Reproduction of the documentation is prohibited without prior permission, except for brief quotations in reviews or articles

By using this software, you expressly agree to these terms. If these terms are unacceptable or not legally valid in your jurisdiction, you must refrain from using this software. Referenced product names may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners, to which no claim is made.

Limitation of Liability

The publisher and author dexit.ai LLC assume no responsibility for errors, omissions, or damages resulting from information contained in this documentation or any accompanying programs or source code.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with Arizona state law

Any legal proceedings related to this Agreement shall be decided in Arizona

Licensee accepts this venue and jurisdiction

Additional Provisions

• Invalid provisions shall not affect the enforce ability of remaining terms
• Assignment of rights requires prior written consent
• This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between parties
• Terms may be revised periodically to reflect policy changes
• Licensee shall indemnify and hold harmless dexit.ai LLC and associates against all claims resulting from use of the Software
• The indemnification clause survives termination of this Agreement
