DEXIT Report Grid List Pop-up Menu

The DEXIT Report Grid List Pop-up menu provides users with quick access to essential functions while working with reports. 

When hovering over the Report list and clicking the right mouse button, a contextual menu appears with the following options:

• Insert - Allows users to add new records to the current report
• Special/Favorite - Enables users to tag important items for quick access later
• Share... - Provides options for tagging content to share with team members
• Refresh list - Updates the display to show the most current data

This streamlined menu enhances workflow efficiency by putting frequently needed commands at the user's fingertips without requiring navigation through multiple menu levels.

Report Grid 'Pop-up' Menu Features

Insert

  - Allows the addition of a new record to the data store

  - Enables users to expand their dataset directly from the grid interface

  - Streamlines the data entry process without requiring navigation to separate forms

Special/Favorite

  - Tags selected records in the report grid as "Special Favorite"

  - Flagged records will only be displayed when the Favorites radio button is enabled

  - Works in conjunction with the MyPAD command bar selection

  - Provides a way to maintain a current subset of important records

  - Helps users focus on priority items without being overwhelmed by the full dataset

Share...

  - Tags records to be shared with other users

  - Particularly useful when exporting HTML records

  - Allows users to selectively export only those records tagged with 'Share'

  - Facilitates controlled information sharing without manual record selection

  - Maintains privacy by ensuring only explicitly marked records are shared

Refresh

  - Refreshes the content of the report grid

  - Ensures users are viewing the most up-to-date information

  - Provides a quick way to update the display after changes have been made

  - Available directly from the pop-up menu for convenient access
