The DEXIT Report Grid List Pop-up menu provides users with quick access to essential functions while working with reports.
When hovering over the Report list and clicking the right mouse button, a contextual menu appears with the following options:

Report Grid 'Pop-up' Menu Features
Insert
- Allows the addition of a new record to the data store
- Enables users to expand their dataset directly from the grid interface
- Streamlines the data entry process without requiring navigation to separate forms
Special/Favorite
- Tags selected records in the report grid as "Special Favorite"
- Flagged records will only be displayed when the Favorites radio button is enabled
- Works in conjunction with the MyPAD command bar selection
- Provides a way to maintain a current subset of important records
- Helps users focus on priority items without being overwhelmed by the full dataset
Share...
- Tags records to be shared with other users
- Particularly useful when exporting HTML records
- Allows users to selectively export only those records tagged with 'Share'
- Facilitates controlled information sharing without manual record selection
- Maintains privacy by ensuring only explicitly marked records are shared
Refresh
- Refreshes the content of the report grid
- Ensures users are viewing the most up-to-date information
