Description

Three reports are available to produce lists of the contents of the data stored in DEXIT. Once the report has been generated the user has multiple output options to Select a Printer, Upload, SaveAS, Print and Email.

The report generator also allows the user to Zoom In and Zoom Out. The Layout of the report can also be set to be viewed in multiple page formats. The option to go to a specific page or have a group of pages is also provided.

Searching within the report is supported so that if the user is looking for specific records that contain a specific content string the character string can be entered, click Search and the records within the report are found.

• 1) Digital Contents - report contains a complete list of records in the system
• 2) Files & Keys - report contains 'only' a list of records that have Files & Keys
• 3) Login IDs & Passwords - report contains 'only' a list of records that have IDs & Passwords
